Grievance redressal
Last updated August 2026
If something has gone wrong — a delay, a charge you were not told about, a member of our team who has not behaved properly — we want to hear about it directly, and we would rather fix it than have you take it elsewhere.
Step 1 — Tell us
Call +91 96660 54322, email contactus@varahifincare.com, or come to the office at Opposite Government Polytechnic College, Gujarathipeta, Yathapeta Junction, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh 532001. Please include your application reference if you have one. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 working days.
Step 2 — Escalate within Varahi FinCare
If you are not satisfied with the response, ask for our grievance officer by name:
Ashok, Grievance Redressal Officer
+91 96660 54322 · contactus@varahifincare.com
Opposite Government Polytechnic College, Gujarathipeta, Yathapeta Junction, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh 532001
Please say clearly that you are raising a formal complaint and ask for it to be logged, so it is treated as an escalation rather than a general enquiry. We will give you a written acknowledgement.
Step 3 — Take it to the lender
If your complaint concerns the loan itself — the rate charged, a fee, the servicing of the account, or recovery conduct — it must be raised with the bank or NBFC that sanctioned it, since they are the regulated entity responsible. Every lender publishes a grievance redressal contact on their website, and we will give you the correct one and help you draft the complaint.
Step 4 — RBI Ombudsman
If the lender does not resolve your complaint within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with their response, you can escalate free of charge to the Reserve Bank of India Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in, or by calling the RBI contact centre on 14448.
What we will not do
We do not make recovery calls, we do not visit homes for collection, and no one from Varahi FinCare will ever ask you for a payment into a personal account. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for money, please report it to us immediately on +91 96660 54322.
