This policy explains what personal information Varahi FinCare collects when you use this website or apply for a loan through us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, mobile number and email address.
• Financial details — your income, existing EMIs, employment type and the loan you are seeking.
• Identity and income documents — PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, bank statements, tax returns and property papers, where you choose to share them.
• Website usage — pages visited and how you reached the site, through Google Analytics with your IP address anonymised.

Why we collect it

To assess which lenders suit your profile, to prepare and submit your application to the lenders you choose, and to contact you about that application. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Only the specific banks and NBFCs you agree to apply to. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any other broker, aggregator, marketing service or data provider. If a lender asks for additional documents, we will come to you rather than sourcing them elsewhere.

How we store it

Documents are held in encrypted private storage that only our team can open. Access is limited to the staff working on your file. We do not store your data in any public location and we do not put personal details into web addresses or email subject lines.

How long we keep it

For as long as your application is active, and afterwards for the period our lending partners and applicable law require records to be retained. You can ask us to delete your file at any time and we will confirm in writing once it is done, except where a lender or the law requires us to retain a specific record.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Have anything inaccurate corrected.
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to the retention rule above.
